Unfortunately we do not have a cash return policy on our products. We're convinced our products are high quality made and created with the highest amount of detail, this can be seen at the hundreds of happy clients worldwide. Please follow our size guides to have a good fitting of your hoodie, we have different models of hoodies and each one has different sizing.
We do accept our products back in when you want to exchange an item for another item or for a smaller/larger size. How does this work? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to register your return (provide us with your order number). You will then receive a reply with a confirmation and the return address. We're not in the power of offering free returns. Once we received your returned goods, we offer you a gift voucher for the exact same amount. Attention: don't forget to put your name on the package, if we don't know from who the package is, we can't contact you for a gift voucher! You can use this gift voucher to order the desired items on our website.
- Returns are at the customer's own expense
- You can return the product within 14 working days.
- An article can only be returned if it is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. (This includes pet hair, body odor and makeup stains).
- Articles must have all tags attached.
- Any items on sale cannot be returned.
- Returning is at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss of returns. It is therefore always smart to return your package with a tracking code, so you have proof of shipment!
