Please follow our sizing guide provided with each product to avoid additional costs of returning. We have different models of hoodies/sweaters and each one has different sizing. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Have you received your product but it turns out that the size is not right after all and you would like to exchange? You can. How does this work?
  • Send an email to info@bymargaux.com to register your return (provide us with your order number).
  • You will then receive a reply with a confirmation and the return address. We're not in the power of offering free returns. 
  • Once we received your returned goods, we offer you a gift voucher for the exact same amount from the returned goods (excluding shipping costs*) which you can use to order the desired item(s) on our website.
  • Attention: don't forget to put your name on the package, if we don't know from who the package is, we can't contact you for a gift voucher! 

What are the return conditions? 

  • Returns are at the customer's own expense. We do not provide return labels and these charges cannot be refunded. Shipping of the new/correct size, is also at the customer's expense*.
  • You must register your return with us via email within 7 days after receiving your order and send it back to us within 14 days. Damage to a product must be reported the day of receipt.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the timely arrival of her return. Returns that arrive later than 14 days will not be accepted.
  • An article can only be returned if it is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. We cannot take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
  • Articles must have all tags attached.
  • Any items on sale can only be returned for another size or product or a digital gift card.
  • We reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval. 
  • Returning is at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss of returns. It is therefore always smart to return your package with a tracking code, so you have proof of shipment!
