Please follow our size guides to have a good fitting of your hoodie, we have different models of hoodies and each one has different sizing. If you are unsure about the size, contact us and we will be happy to help you.
We accept our products back in when you want to exchange an item for another item or for a smaller/larger size. How does this work? Send an email to email@example.com to register your return (provide us with your order number). You will then receive a reply with a confirmation and the return address. We're not in the power of offering free returns. Once we received your returned goods, we offer you a gift voucher for the exact same amount from the returned goods which you can use to order the desired item(s) on our website. Attention: don't forget to put your name on the package, if we don't know from who the package is, we can't contact you for a gift voucher!
- Returns are at the customer's own expense. We do not provide return labels and these charges cannot be refunded.
- You must register your return with us via email within 7 days after receiving your order and send it back to us within 14 days.
- An article can only be returned if it is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. (This includes pet hair, body odor and makeup stains).
- We're unable to accept returns for any swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
- We cannot take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
- Articles must have all (untorn/unfolded) tags attached.
- Any items on sale can only be returned for another size or product or a digital gift card.
- We reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
- Returning is at your own risk; we are not responsible for loss of returns. It is therefore always smart to return your package with a tracking code, so you have proof of shipment!
