- Where can I find more products photos?
Head over to our Instagram page for more pictures on all of our products. 

- How is sizing/fitting of the By Margaux products?
Please see our sizing guide provided with each product. If there is no sizing guide, the description of the product will always state whether it is best to take your regular size or a size larger/smaller. If you are unsure about your size, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

- Do you have a store where I can try on the clothes?
No we don't have a physical store, we only sell online.


- How much is the shipping cost to my country?
Fill in your address after completing shopping and you'll get a detailed shipping cost to your country.

- My country is not in the shipping list, how do I order?
Contact us by email and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.

- Do you have a return policy?

- How long does shipping/delivery take? 
When your order is placed AND paid, it will be shipped as soon as possible, mostly a few business days. When the product is marked as pre-order, it will show the release/shipping date. 

- Can I cancel my order? 
No, once you placed an order order you cannot cancel it.

- How do we ship?
We ship all our orders with FedEx with tracking ID. Express service.

- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you receive a tracking number. Track it at https://www.fedex.com/en-be/tracking.html  (FedEx). If there is a problem with your order during shipping, please contact FedEx directly. They are going to be able to help you more specifically since they know where your package is. 

- How can I pay?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, iDeal. You can also pay via manual bank transfer, but please note that your order will only be shipped once we have received the payment. 

- Where are your products shipped from?
All of our products are designed and assembled in Belgium. These are all shipped from Belgium, Buggenhout. 

- Do I need to pay import costs on my package?
If your country is outside the EU-zone, you might be obligated to an import tax. 

- I ordered a pre-order item. How long will I have to wait?

Pre-order : This means that you can already order the item on our webshop, but it will be shipped later. The shipping date is always mentioned on the webshop with the item itself. What happens if you have placed an order with multiple items + a pre-order item? Then your complete order will be shipped when the pre-order item is available.
